John Thyne
John Thyne is a seasoned Santa Barbara attorney and co-founder of the successful real estate brokerage, Goodwin & Thyne Properties. With over 20 years of teaching experience, he has served as President of the Santa Barbara County Bar Foundation and is active in community service, including founding One805 and serving as President of Leadership Santa Barbara County. In addition to his work in civil litigation, real estate, and entertainment law (representing his brother TJ Thyne of Bones), John represents corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals and serves as an expert witness in real estate matters.

Christopher Conant
Christopher (C.J.) Conant brings 19 years of experience as an attorney licensed in California and Colorado, specializing in representing private and institutional lender in connection with debt secured by real estate and personal property. As an attorney he focused on navigating his clients through foreclosures of deeds of trust and mortgages against real estate and UCC sales and related deficiency collection mechanisms and bankruptcy proceedings. Brant Berglund graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a degree in finance before earning a Dean's Scholarship at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. He now applies his legal expertise, focusing on complex civil litigation and corporate transactional matters. Outside of his practice, Brant plays a key role in the sports-tech startup NextUp, all while making meaningful contributions to the Santa Barbara community.
